Fourth of July in Bend, Oregon

Wondering what to do this Fourth of July? We've got you covered! Here's a whole list of ideas. Perfect for any age!

Pet Parade

A Community Tradition in Downtown Bend since the 1930’s! The Pet Parade is Bend's largest parade with 8,000 spectators and participants. Starting at 10 a.m., the parade winds its way through downtown with an array of different kinds of animals, many of whom will be attired in bizarre costumes. If you or your kids want to march in the parade, the lineup and decorating party takes place at 9 a.m. in the parking lot between Bond and Wall across from the Deschutes Public Library.
